Most shifts are 16 hours per day, seven days per week. The typical salmon season lasts four to five weeks. Hours are not guaranteed and the hours worked depend entirely on how the salmon season harvest goes.
AGS provides employees with housing and meals. Housing is either dormitory style (2 persons per room) or communal style (bunkbeds and wooden dividers instead of rooms). Laundry and shower facilities are provided.
By law, you must furnish documents within three days of being hired that prove your identity and show that you can legally work in the United States.
